5 reeglit innovaatilise firmapeo korraldamiseks

5 rules for organizing an innovative company party

Organizing a party may seem like a breeze at first. But once you start getting into the details, it can be quite daunting. There are a few rules to follow when organizing an event.

Rule No. 1: A successful company party is a unique endeavor with a specific structure and idea.

Rule No. 2: However, in their basic format, all parties and events are quite similar. The questions to ask yourself before organizing any event are as follows:
1. Why?
2. What is important?
3. What needs to be done?
4. What is the “wow effect”?

Before organizing a larger party, it would be wise to have 3D drawings of the party area made. The drawings provide a realistic picture of whether everything necessary has found its place and whether conflicting areas in the movement of guests and support staff have been resolved.

As the day of the event approaches, a precise schedule must be discussed and agreed upon with all parties involved – both for the event itself and for the preparations.

Rule No. 4: Stinging is not saving!

The party plan is in place, the ideas are on paper, but there is not enough money! The estimated costs exceed the budget - what to do? First of all, you should start assessing the importance of each expense item. It is more sensible to leave out some less important details or activities than to start bargaining with everyone on the price. If money is scarce, you should follow the principle of "quality before quantity".

Rule No. 5: Be confident! Although it may seem like you need to be an expert in every field to organize a memorable party, in real life you can find help from professionals. A precise and bold task for the agency is already half the battle!

Don't be afraid, be brave! Try it!
